The rates published on our website are valid at the time the reservation inquiry is made and are subject to change without notice. Rates are not guaranteed until full payment has been received. All reservations are subject to availability. Confirmation numbers will only be issued after full payment is received.

When making a reservation, you must provide written or verbal authorization to charge your credit card. By authorizing the charge, you acknowledge our Reservation, Payment, and Cancellation Policies, as well as the Disclaimer. Any changes to an existing reservation are subject to availability and necessary rate adjustments.

You can make your reservation up to one (1) day prior to your arrival, but please be aware that cancellation policies will apply.

Print your reservation voucher and present it upon check-in for the reserved service.

Cancellation & Reservation Policies (Applicable to all services)

  • Cancellations made one (1) day or more before the arrival date (shuttle, tour, or hotel) are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the arrival/departure date (shuttle, tour, or hotel) will be charged in full.
  • Changes made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the arrival/departure date (shuttle, tour, or hotel) will incur an additional charge and are subject to availability. For modifications or updates, you must contact our reservations team by phone, email, or chat at least 48 hours in advance. Drivers are not responsible for making any changes to reservations.
  • No refunds will be given for "no-shows" on the day of the service.
  • No refunds will be issued for services already provided.

Payment Policies

We gladly accept various credit cards through PayPal (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Bank of America, etc.).

Your reservation will be charged in full upon receipt of your authorization. The name that will appear on your bank statement is: "PAYPAL*TEQUILATRANS."

Rates shown in US dollars will be charged in USD.

General Information

Tequila Transfers provides private transportation service from Cancun Airport to hotels and back in licensed vehicles with insurance that covers all passengers.

Specific vehicle models are subject to availability. Similar models that meet the characteristics of the selected service may also be used.

  • Private services: Usually provided in VW Transporter vans or sedans. Similar vehicles may include Toyota Hiace and Nissan Urvan.
  • Luxury services: Provided in Suburban SUVs or similar vehicles like Ford Expedition.
  • Group services: Provided in VW Crafter vans or similar vehicles like Ford Transit or Mercedes Sprinter.

Transportation to hotels in Cozumel and Isla Mujeres includes only the transfer to the ferry terminals in Playa del Carmen and Puerto Juarez, respectively.

Child seats are available upon request at no extra charge, subject to availability. We are not obligated to provide this service.

Tequila Transfers acts as an intermediary between the client and service providers, such as transportation and tours, ensuring high-quality service standards. However, we are not responsible for acts, omissions, or negligence on the part of the service providers.

Additional Fees and Charges

If you or a member of your group causes physical or cosmetic damage to the vehicle, a damage fee will apply according to the damage caused.

Cleaning fee amounts:

  • 20 USD: Small spills of liquids inside the vehicle (except water), such as coffee, greasy food, or other drinks.
  • 40 USD: Significant mess, usually bodily fluids like vomit, paint, or extensive sticky messes.
  • 80 USD: Major liquid spills that require steam cleaning and special products.
  • 150 USD: Extensive damage to the vehicle’s interior or exterior.

Additional charges per hour: If you require extra hours or store stops, the additional cost is:

  • Private: 44 USD/hour.
  • Luxury: 55 USD/hour.
  • Premium: 125 USD/hour.

Limitations of Liability

Tequila Transfers will not be held responsible for:

  1. Acts or omissions by third parties.
  2. Illness, mechanical failures, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.
  3. The client’s failure to obtain necessary travel documents (e.g., passports, visas).
  4. Failure to follow travel instructions.
  5. Changes or cancellations due to force majeure (e.g., weather, strikes, natural disasters).

Lost and Found: If you leave an item behind, delivery fees will apply for its return. Unclaimed items will be kept for 30 days, after which they will be discarded or donated.
