How to Find Us at Tulum Airport
Once you’ve collected your luggage, please head to Gate 3 and let us know when you're there. Gate 3 is our main meeting point. Since Tulum Airport has a limited number of national arrivals, this meeting point allows us to easily find our passengers and assign them the driver who will take them to their hotel.
Important Notes:
- Communication from Our Team: We use tools like Google, Trip, and FlightAware to monitor your flight's status. Once we detect that your flight has arrived, we will contact you immediately to provide instructions and assistance. Please stay attentive to your phone.
- Waiting Times: If we do not receive a response from you within 20 minutes, your boarding time will begin. You will have an additional 30 minutes of waiting time. After this period, the service will be considered a NO SHOW, and no refunds will be issued.

How to Find Us from Your Hotel
When the transfer service is from a hotel, the process is similar to the airport, but adapted to each establishment's logistics. We usually meet passengers in the hotel lobby. However, it is important to keep a few things in mind to make the process smoother:
- Driver Arrival: Our driver arrives at the hotel, checks in with security, and provides the passenger’s name.
- Security Verification: The hotel security staff verifies the information, and once confirmed, we are allowed access to the complex.
- Access to the Lobby: Once through security, our driver heads to the hotel lobby. At that moment, the passenger's name is reconfirmed to ensure everything is in order.
Important: Each hotel has its own logistics, but the process is generally similar. To optimize time and ensure quick access, we recommend the client informs the hotel reception one day prior to the transfer to facilitate access to the premises.
Meeting in the Lobby:
Once in the lobby, our driver can announce the client's name, or if necessary, hold a sign with the name to make identification easier.

- Be sure to inform the hotel reception in advance about your transfer to speed up access to the facilities.
- If for any reason you don't find the driver immediately, feel free to contact us via WhatsApp, SMS, or phone call for guidance.
