Tequila Transfers - Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Tequila Transfers! We want to ensure that your experience is as smooth and pleasant as possible. Below, you will find our cancellation policies to keep you informed about the conditions and procedures in case you need to modify or cancel your reservation.

Cancellation Policies

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: A 10% cancellation fee will apply.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: The full service amount will be charged.
  • Reservation changes: If changes are requested less than 24 hours before the arrival or departure time, an additional fee will apply and will be subject to availability. To make modifications, you must contact our reservations team at least 48 hours in advance. Drivers cannot make changes to reservations.
  • No-shows: No refunds will be given if you fail to show up on the day of service.
  • Services already provided: No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
